This vintage 1970s dress from JC Penney Fashions is a delightful sight. Crafted from a lightweight pastel yellow Swiss dot fabric, the dress features a button front, a ruffled neckline, an elastic waist, and a matching tie. Not lined. Slightly sheer fabric. Very good condition, a few areas of very light red dye bleed. See last photo.

Poly/cotton blend. No size tag. No stretch to this fabric apart from the elastic waist. Must be able to slip on over the head and shoulders. Please refer to measurements and leave room for ease of movement.
