Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item. The customer is also responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the return shipping process.

Refunds and Exchanges: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Alteration Service: Alternatively, you have the option to return your item to us for professional alterations, available for a nominal fee of £20.
